QE Rationale
This assignment presents two linked memoranda analyzing a lecturer's teaching evaluation data: an approval memo demonstrating statistical mean comparisons across ten questionnaire items, and a companion critique memo that surfaces strengths and growth areas while questioning the underlying assessment model itself. Moving from computing the numbers to interrogating what those numbers can't capture reflects the methodological literacy central to the Scholarship and Research domain.

The technical build here is the smaller half of the story — the harder part was closing the gap between "I know how to do this" and "someone with zero technical background can actually finish it without me in the room."
