This video script translates Kimberly's own history — from being recruited for military language aptitude to her current work translating complex systems for non-technical audiences — into a leadership philosophy built on two instincts: sharing knowledge rather than hoarding it, and designing for the person not yet in the room. It grounds the domain's leadership concepts in lived narrative rather than external theory.
