QE Rationale
This Professional Growth Plan articulates a leadership philosophy blending servant and transformational leadership (Northouse, 2025), grounded in Norman's (2013) principle that good design makes the right action obvious. It lays out dated short-, mid-, and long-term goals — from completing the doctoral portfolio and Local Kine AI workshops through dissertation completion in 2029 — that operationalize a vision of making technology legible and building institutional capacity that outlasts her.
A personal Educational Leadership Position and Professional Growth Plan describing one's leadership philosophy, grounded in leadership theory, and a benchmarked timeline for growth as an educational technology leader.
